Simple. Comforting. Timeless. I make Masala Maggi just the way you love it—soft, warm, and spiced just right. Great for a quick snack or a late-evening bite.

Veg. Chowmein / Veg. Noodles

I stir-fry thin noodles with cabbage, carrots, capsicum, and spring onions. Tossed with soy sauce and a hint of vinegar, this dish delivers perfect street-style flavour.

Hakka Noodles

These are dry, slightly smoky, and loaded with crispy veggies. I use garlic, soy sauce, green chillies, and my own blend of Chinese spices for that perfect balance of heat and taste.

Mushroom Noodles

If you enjoy the earthiness of mushrooms, you’ll love this. I stir-fry soft noodles with sliced mushrooms, fresh greens, and savoury sauces for a rich, umami-packed plate.

Veg. Schezwan Noodles

These noodles are fiery and bold. I prepare my own Schezwan sauce using red chillies, garlic, and pepper for a deep, spicy kick. Every bite bursts with flavour.

Schezwan Mushroom Noodles

A combination of mushrooms and Schezwan spice makes this dish a favourite for those who like heat with depth. I serve it sizzling hot, packed with flavour.

Triple Schezwan Noodles

The ultimate Indo-Chinese experience. I combine Schezwan noodles with fried rice and crispy noodles, all tossed in spicy sauces and loaded with veggies. It’s a big plate with bigger flavour.
